High School Football Combine Training
Stand out like a SSTAR ☆
We don’t rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training.
PREPARE TO DOMINATE YOUR FOOTBALL COMBINE.
When you’re a serious high school football player, preparing for a combine is much more than practicing the tests a few times days before the event. To perform your best, EVERY aspect of preparation must be accounted for. Mental preparation, nutrition, and programming all play a critical role in your performance at camps and combines, just as they do on game day.
This isn’t your ordinary High School Combine Training Program. Over the past 10 years, we’ve prepared thousands of athletes for combines and witnessed firsthand how complete preparation gives them an advantage over the other participants. Our High School Football Combine Training Program is designed to provide all of the tools necessary for complete preparation. Modeled after our NFL Combine Training Program; this program provides mental preparation, physical preparation, and recovery techniques that will have you ready to perform and get noticed!
PHYSICAL PREPARATION
Our Performance Staff follows our E.A.T.T. method when it comes to football combine preparation:
EVALUATE
Our evaluation process allows us to capture valuable pre-training data on performance capabilities for combine events (40yd dash, 5/10/5, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, Med Ball Throw).
ANALYZE
We analyze the pre-training data to look for any performance limiting factors such as pre-existing injuries, muscular imbalances, overall weakness, and improper technique.
TEACH
We teach each participant the most efficient way for them to execute the combine events. Success in combine events is often dependent on the execution of efficient techniques.
TRAIN
Once we have taught efficient and proper technique, we train it until it’s perfected.
How We Do It
MENTAL PREPARATION
Our Mental Skills Coach teaches you the skill of mindset preparation. Each training session starts with a period dedicated exclusively to mental preparation and meditation. We want participants to learn how to get “In The Zone” on command before each session so when the time comes to perform at the combine, it’s second nature.
Your progress is tracked.
Our Mental Performance Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Recovery Instructors are all in constant communication to ensure that we are making the most of our preparation time. We re-evaluate every 4 weeks to measure progress and make sure you know where you stand, heading in to your event.
Our training is science-based and cutting-edge.
Elite Performance Training Systems programs are driven by our 5 pillars of performance:
Sports Science
Nutrition
Mental Skills
Performance Training
Recovery
Our systems of training continually evolve based on the latest evidence based research and cutting edge training techniques.

Elite Performance Combine Series provides clients (both athletes and collegiate coaching staffs) with unbiased, verified testing results and measurables, in addition to high quality video clips of all tests and positional skill drills. Information from all camps and combines can be uploaded to this platform which can provide a breakdown of rankings in comparison to other players at the same position in the same graduating year.
*** IMPORTANT ***
Space in the Elite Performance High School Football Combine Training Program is limited. With enrollment capped at 16 athletes, we aim to keep our program small to ensure participants are getting the attention needed to succeed during one of the most important days of their young football careers.
